Worship and praise. Time with God, or so we're led to believe. When there is such a communal thing, there are, I believe, three categories of participants. There are those who are truly worshiping, and there are two others. The first are those merely caught up in the emotional experience - music'll do that. The others are the "unspiritual" ones: the non participants. I find myself, today, in that third group. And I see that it is actually a response to the second; the disgusting brainwashing aspects of this whole thing, demonstrated by the blind "worship" of the second group, make it very difficult to be comfortable enough to truly worship God.
Now, I'm sure that many members of the third group are merely apathetic about worship, but I can't be the only disillusioned one. Can I?
