If you're interested in missions, or aviation, or whatever else, you should consider using it in direct ministries.
Tom White is here to remind us that some Christians are actually called by God to relay His message to the world. That's right; the entire Christian church isn't intended to sit at home. Amazing!
So remember, someone has to do it. You should think about it.
Missions are a vital part of the church's ministry, and though people may get in "trouble" or peril sometimes because of their dedication, it's nothing God can't handle.
Sometimes you go to prison, but that's ok. It's all God. It may be a horrible experience, but God *is* in control.
Now let's talk about the evils of anti-Christian societies. Oh, look, he's telling the story about schoolteachers telling kids to rat on their parents' "black books". Of course, this proves that the Bible is really alive. Beware! For our hordes of living book-monsters will invade your land! We will smite thee!
No. The physical Bible books we have are only powerful because their words are powerful -- and that only because they are in languages that people can read. Yes, censorship can be a horrible, horrible thing, but can we really expect an ideology opposed to Christianity to tolerate the presence of our paraphernalia? Didn't think so.
Bye.
