This semester's theme is Christian vocation. We are working toward that. So let's all clap for Del Covington! Yay!

Things are bad right now, but one day everyone will celebrate, and life will be good. God wants us to remember that He has promised this to us.

What you need to realize is that people have become Christians -- because of the ministry of people! People are needed to evangelize; people generally don't just evangelize themselves.

There is a road; it goes to Gaza. We must always remember that God's way is not necessarily man's way, and we should be willing to act in foolish ways for Him. Especially if it is LeTourneau telling us what God wants us to do.

But in all seriousness, folks, we must never allow ourselves to worship any ministry; it is God that must be honored, not any manifestation of "His work" on earth. If our focus is on Him, then we will not be led astray.

We must submit to God's navigation of our lives.

This message is important, particularly for those of us who are about to graduate. It is easy to forget -- even in the confusion of entering the "real world" that God's plan is always greater than any of our own (disregarding Him) we might have.
